 what is  MEDICARE?

  • The main parts:

    • Part A: Hospital stays, skilled nursing, some home health and hospice.

    • Part B: Doctor visits, tests, outpatient care, preventive services.

    • Part C (Medicare Advantage): Private plans that combine Parts A and B, often with extra benefits.

    • Part D: Prescription drug coverage.

  • When you enroll:
Most people first enroll around age 65, during a 7‑month window (3 months before your birthday month, your birthday month, and 3 months after).

  • Why it matters:
Your choices affect your doctors, drug coverage, and what you pay each month and when you get care.

  • How we help:
We explain your options in plain language, review your doctors and prescriptions, and help you choose coverage that fits your health and budget.
