Workman Insurance Group was founded in 2011 with a simple belief: insurance shouldn't be confusing, and people deserve someone they can trust to help them make sense of it.
Holly has been helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate health and life insurance since 2004. From the beginning, the goal has been the same—to explain your options in plain language, answer your questions honestly, and be there when you need help long after you've enrolled.
As an independent agency, we don't work for the insurance companies—we work for you. That means we compare plans from multiple carriers, explain the differences without the jargon or the pressure, and help you choose the coverage that's right for your situation. Holly
Holly has been in insurance since 2004 and founded Workman Insurance Group in 2011. She built the agency around a simple idea: people deserve straight answers, in plain language, from someone who'll still pick up the phone years later. She leads the health and life side — individuals, families, Medicare, and business owners — and she's known for taking the time to understand what's actually going on in someone's life before she ever brings up a plan. To Holly, the job was never about selling a policy. It's about solving a problem for a person.
Joe
Joe leads the property & casualty side of Workman Insurance Group — home, auto, and business coverage. He shares Holly's belief that your insurance should fit your life, not the other way around, and he brings the same patient, no-pressure approach: listen first, lay out the trade-offs clearly, and make sure you actually understand what you're paying for and where you might have a gap. Whether you're protecting a first home, a growing business, or everything in between, Joe's goal is simple — that you feel confident you're covered, and that you always know exactly who to call.
Together, Holly and Joe run Workman Insurance Group as a husband-and-wife team. It's why you'll never feel like a policy number here — just two people who know you, and who are genuinely glad you called.
